12FPS documented the personal stories of people involved in Communities of Care, from youth and youth
advocates to Juvenile Probation Officers, Mental Health & First Aid workers and certified clinicians. The videos, to be used as training tools, illustrate the importance of bringing communities together to help youth and their families achieve their long and short term goals through a youth-driven, wrap-around approach.
