We're starting with Georgia, an ancient land located at the crossroads of Persia and the Mediterranean. We're taking an irreverent, California approach to this fragrant and earthy cuisine. Oh, and sometimes we cook on a 1980s moped equipped with a tandoor - the world's smallest, most efficient kitchen imaginable.
